Welcome to rough collie & sheltie kennel "Kaslar Charming". We are Ekaterina and Vyacheslav Rilskie. We have been breeding collie and sheltie since 2005 years. We live in Russia, Vladivostok. We have been living with collie for about 20 years. We prefer to breed blue-merle and tricolor dogs. We breed dogs with excellent health, steady psychology and exterior closes to standard.
